Nicole Wolbers is a curator, author and international judge whose work sits at the meeting point of journalism, education and cultural stewardship — devoted, without exception, to sparkling wine.
She is the founder of Das Schaumweinmagazin, Germany´s independent editorial platform dedicated to the category, and co-organizer of the Berlin gathering sparklingb! Her writing, moderation and jury work take her regularly across the continent's cellars, competitions and stages which lead her to gain the highest recognition: Certified Cava Expert.
A holder of the Diploma in Wines (DipWSET), she was appointed Germany's first Sparkling Wine Ambassador — a role she approaches with the same quiet rigour that defines her editorial voice.
